Key responsibilities

• Advise Dealers concerning order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies.
• Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on Dealer needs
• Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling while providing a high level of service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired
• Two or more years of experience in a fast-paced, Customer Service environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
• Relationship building and de-escalation skills
• Strong technical skills and ability to maneuver through multiple programs utilizing dual monitors
• Ability to think outside of the box and make decisions in ambiguous situations

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to define and agree upon stocking policies such as target inventory levels and ordering/delivery cadence.
• Develop and implement the supply & demand planning processes, tools and cadence, and provide ongoing support to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement supply & demand planning KPIs, targets and reports.
• Ensure all processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to users.
• Regularly analyze supply & demand performance to identify opportunities for improving the process.
• Ensure alignment of supply & demand processes, tools and reports.
• Supply & Demand Planning:
• Create and maintain reports that show historic supply and demand for products, current inventory, forecast supply and demand, and plan inventory.
• Work with key stakeholders to review and update forecast demand, including the ramp up of new products and ramp down of superseded & obsolete products.
• Develop procurement strategy that support demand forecasts, stocking policies and supply constraints.
• Receive and respond to daily requests for unexpected orders, such as warranty claims and urgent orders.
• Review daily sales and inventory reports to identify risks of under & oversupply. Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks as required.
• Ensure that purchase orders are raised to support procurement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Proficient in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods.
• Aware of the commercial risks and opportunities related to supply chain management.
• Experienced in Oracle ERP products (JDE and OBIEE) is preferred. Equivalent ERP software experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of US Customs

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the execution of LATAM marketing activities including sponsorships, shows & events planning and organization, promotions, merchandising and collateral material as required by key accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support engineering team
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
• Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

• Technical advisor to Engineering Team and sign-off authority for all CAD deliverables
• Key liaison between USA Engineering Team and Engineering Manager / Product Manager / Project Engineer.
• Enhance, Develop and maintain design stage gate reviews and monitor work progress against gate way timing.
• Supervise the Engineering Team for technical content and adherence to standards and specifications.
• Check drawings to ensure fitness for work, dimensional accuracy and constructability.
• Supervise workshop safety and maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Work with Production Engineering to ensure smooth transition and work flow.
• Maintain data security in accordance with all company and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 3+ years’ of management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• APQP process is followed and all stakeholders are satisfied with the output and continual improvement of the product

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or relevant discipline
• Preferred: Postgraduate or Master’s degree in management or engineering related discipline
• Preferred: Project Management qualification (PMP, APM, PMI)

Experience

• Proven 10 years of experience in a similar role within an Engineering and/or Manufacturing Management position within the automotive industry
• Proven customer service and financial/commercial orientation
• Project Management experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of application of CAD systems
• Understanding of automotive lean manufacturing systems and principles
